Currently, he serves as Multi-property Executive Chef for Marriott Guyana and Courtyard by Marriott CJIA, overseeing culinary operations across both properties. His career includes international internships at renowned restaurants like Disfrutar (Barcelona), Blue Hill Farm (New York), and Pujol (Mexico City). With a strong background in menu design, team management, and Peruvian biodiversity cuisine, Carlos combines creativity and operational excellence to deliver memorable gastronomic experiences.
