Their Rum stock comes from reserves across the Caribbean that have been aged and matured in either charred oak, sherry or once used bourbon cask/barrels…owing to its name and stature; “Xtra Mature” & “Finest Caribbean Rum”.

XM often described as “the Cognac of Rums”, has gained international acclaim, winning awards from international institutions, including Monde Selection and the Rum Masters Awards for its unique blend of aged rums, maturity & the skillful art of blending.

At Tapas Rum & Wine, Banks DIH Ltd will feature a range of premium aged rum such as, XM 5yrs, XM 7yrs, 10yrs, 12yrs, 15yrs, 21yrs & it’s Limited Edition 25yrs old rum in a unique barrel package.

Also on showcase will be their delectable rich and creamy D’Aguiar’s Cream Liqueurs in flavors of Original, Amaretto, Strawberry, Chocolate & Caramel Toffee. These are best enjoyed over ice and known for its versatility in numerous cocktails.

The XM Rum Liqueur, a blend of Caribbean rums infused with a variety of flavours in creating a smooth and sweet product will also be available to savour.

Those relishing the sweet flavour fruity notes will be treated to sampling of D'Aguiars Moscatos flavoured wines with our Pink Moscato, Mango, Watermelon and Original.

These moscatos pairs exquisitely with desserts and spicy foods.
